We are looking for entry-level restoration technicians who are ready to learn and an experienced lead technician who can guide field operations. These positions support water mitigation, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, contents handling, and reconstruction projects throughout Central Indiana.

Emergency restoration can require flexible scheduling and participation in an on-call response rotation.

Professional standard

Active IICRC certification is required.

Applicants must hold an active IICRC certification relevant to restoration work. Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification is required for field restoration positions. Additional restoration certifications are valuable for the lead technician role.

Entry level

Restoration Technician

Central Indiana · Field position

What you will do

  • Assist with water extraction, structural drying, demolition, cleaning, and site protection.
  • Set up, monitor, maintain, and remove professional drying and restoration equipment.
  • Take moisture readings, photographs, and field notes under the direction of a lead technician.
  • Keep work areas safe, clean, organized, and respectful of the customer's property.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and project leadership.

What you will bring

  • Active IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification.
  • A dependable work ethic, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Central Indiana.
  • Ability to perform active field work and participate in an emergency-response rotation.
  • Restoration or construction experience is helpful but not required.

Experienced

Lead Restoration Technician

Central Indiana · Field leadership

What you will do

  • Lead field crews through mitigation, cleanup, drying, documentation, and job completion.
  • Assess job conditions, establish equipment plans, and adjust drying strategies using field data.
  • Maintain accurate moisture maps, photographs, notes, daily logs, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers, project managers, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Coach technicians on safe work practices, equipment use, jobsite standards, and customer care.

What you will bring

  • Active IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification.
  • Several years of hands-on restoration or mitigation experience with crew-lead responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of moisture inspection, extraction, drying equipment, and job documentation.
  • Additional IICRC certifications such as ASD, AMRT, FSRT, or OCT are preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and readiness to participate in an emergency-response rotation.
